This site provides astronomical calculations and traditional astrological interpretations for interest and entertainment only. It does not provide advice or services of any kind, and nothing it produces should be relied upon. Use it entirely at your own risk.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of this website and any readings delivered by email. By ticking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by them, and by the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site is provided free of charge. No contract for services is formed, and no relationship of any professional or advisory kind arises between you and the operator through your use of it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. You must not submit the personal details of any other individual, including a minor, without their knowledge and authority.
3. Nature of the service
The service performs two distinct functions, and the distinction matters:
- Calculation. Positions of the Sun and Moon are computed from published astronomical formulas using the date, time and place you supply. These are objective measurements, subject to the accuracy limits described in clause 5.
- Interpretation. Any meaning attached to those positions is drawn from traditional astrological doctrine. Astrology is not a scientifically validated method of prediction, and no representation is made that any interpretation is accurate, reliable, or predictive of future events.
4. The operator is not a professional adviser
No professional qualification, licence, registration, certification or accreditation is held or claimed in respect of the subject matter of this site. Nothing here is provided by a physician, psychologist, counsellor, therapist, lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, investment adviser, or any other regulated professional, and nothing on this site should be understood as suggesting otherwise.
No consultation takes place. No professional, advisory, fiduciary, client, patient, or confidential relationship is created or intended, and no duty of care of any professional kind is assumed or owed to you.
Readings do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, career, relationship, or any other form of advice, professional or otherwise, and must not be treated as a substitute for consultation with a qualified and appropriately regulated professional.
You should not make, defer, or refrain from making any decision on the basis of a reading. This applies without limitation to decisions concerning health, medical treatment or medication, employment, business, investment, property, finance, litigation, marriage, relationships, family planning, education, travel, or the timing of any of these.
Any use you make of this site, and any action or inaction on your part following from it, is entirely at your own risk and is your sole responsibility.

5. Accuracy
Calculated positions are approximations and are not guaranteed to be accurate. Results falling near the boundary of a sign, star or division are inherently sensitive to the precision of the birth time supplied, and are indicated as such where detected. Where no birth time is supplied, results are derived from the range of possible times across the day and are correspondingly less precise.
Results depend entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, including the time zone applicable at your place and date of birth, for which historical records are themselves incomplete in some cases. No warranty is given as to the accuracy of any calculation, result, or interpretation.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access the service by automated means, or at a volume or frequency that places an unreasonable load on it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, its data, or its infrastructure;
- reproduce, scrape, or redistribute any substantial part of the service or its output for commercial purposes;
- use the service to harass, deceive, or profile any other individual;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Access may be restricted or withdrawn where these terms are breached.
7. Intellectual property
The design, text, and software of this service are the property of the operator, save where stated otherwise. City data is supplied by GeoNames under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. Typefaces are used under their respective licences. You may retain and share your own reading for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Availability
This site is provided free of charge on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty, condition or representation of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No undertaking is given that the site will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defect will be corrected. It may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn entirely at any time without notice or liability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no responsibility and shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, cost, expense, injury, or harm of any kind arising from or in connection with: your use of or inability to use this site; any calculation, reading, interpretation, or content it produces; any error, inaccuracy, omission, interruption, or delay; any decision you take or refrain from taking; or any reliance placed on anything found here. This exclusion covers direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary and punitive loss, and any loss of profit, income, opportunity, savings, data, reputation or goodwill, whether or not the possibility of such loss was foreseeable or had been notified.
This applies however the liability arises, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, restitution, or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to ten United States dollars, this site being provided free of charge.
You agree not to bring any claim against the operator personally in respect of your use of this site, save to the extent such an agreement is unenforceable in your jurisdiction.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain liabilities. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent permitted, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
10. Email
Where you request a reading by email, you will be asked to confirm your address before anything is sent. Every message includes a means to unsubscribe. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your email provider.
11. Changes
These Terms may be revised. The version and effective date above will change accordingly, and continued use after revision constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting registered users will be notified by email before taking effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], whose courts shall have jurisdiction, save that a consumer may bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence where local law so requires. Any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your place of residence continue to apply and are not affected by this clause.
13. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator in respect of the service.
